Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holiday volume, or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you need to update an address, contact us immediately — we will do our best to accommodate changes prior to shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
Final Sale on Opened Products
Due to the nature of our cleaning products and candles, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used items. This policy ensures product integrity, safety, and quality for all customers.
Eligible Returns
Unopened, unused products in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. To be eligible:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will promptly replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist with information needed for the claim process.
