Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We take pride in the quality and safety of our cleaning products. Due to the nature of our highly scented and hygiene-sensitive items, we have established the following return policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only on unopened, unused, and sealed products in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original, resalable condition.

  • The safety seal (if applicable) must be intact.

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and quality control reasons, opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

We are unable to restock or resell opened cleaning products, including those that have been tested, partially used, or altered in any way.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

4. Return Process

Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Policy Enforcement

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy. This return policy is subject to change without notice.
