From kitchen candles to a 30,000 sq. ft. warehouse - how two founders turned a side hustle into a high-scent product brand
From the Start
R&W Co. was founded in 2018 by Chris and Maigan in their home kitchen. What started as a few candles for family and friends quickly caught on.
Evenings and weekends were spent pouring, labeling, and testing scent blends. They sold at local markets and grew a loyal following one batch at a time.
Faith in 2020
By 2020, demand had outpaced what their home setup could handle. Chris and Maigan closed their construction business and committed to R&W Co. full-time.
They moved into a 1,500 sq. ft. warehouse, hired their first team members, and expanded into mop soaps and home care. That year changed everything.
Where We Are Today
R&W Co. now operates out of a 31,000 sq. ft. warehouse with a team of 45. We ship thousands of orders a month and are constantly testing new ideas. What hasn’t changed is the care that goes into every product — every batch still starts and ends with real people
